Do this if you want to experience wine magic:
This creates a moment in time “Where Things Will Just Be Different”. Wine Magic Occurs when you Combine True Fine Wine and Great Food Pairings for the Enjoyment of your Desired Guests.
The appropriate True Fine Wines are the first step in this process, as you saw in the video above. Not all “wines” are not True Fine Wines; ours are, and that is where it all begins. I am overjoyed to share this with you.
Do You Want to Get Started with Food and Wine Pairings? Here’s a Suggestion:
I would like to share an anecdote by the founder of our Online Community, Rory Ricord, when he Described a Wine Magic Event that he Hosted, which sounds like a Fun and Rewarding Social Event to Me.
The following were the components and real fine wines for the “Wine Magic Event”:
Start with the Wines:
- Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio
- More Than Muse Rose’
- Nile Eddy Pinot Noir
- Adelle Zinfendel
- Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon
- Ricord Merlot
They had a Glass for each Wine, but you Could start out S;owly and Wash and Dry the Red and White Glasses as you Progress through the Evening, or you could have Separate Glasses for each Wine and allow the Tasting to Occur and be Experienced in all sorts of Combinations. Please Note that having Several Wines for the Event allows more “Tastes and Taste Events in your Body” to happen, and your Guests will really Enjoy it.
Then Add in the Food:
Charcuterie Boards. Savory meats like turkey, either plain or seasoned, and beef, either plain or seasoned, are typically used for this, along with salty meats like ham, pepperoni, and salami. Capers or olives always. A Few Preserves or Jams. Nuts; Pecans. Almonds. Cashews. Additionally, you may add a mellon plate with slices of apple or kiwi as well as watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe.
Appetizers/Starters. This Usually Includes a Salad and any Appetizers served with the Meal. For instance, Skewered Barbecued Shrimp. If the Salad is Served after the Charcuterie Board, make it light as in a Garden or Caesar Salad. Make sure the Dressings are served on the side. Beyond what a Dressing Offers, the True Fine Wines Themselves Enhance the Experience. A Well-made Caesar or Blue Cheese Dressing brings out the Flavors of the wine! but Some of us still Prefer the Salad Without the Dressing.
Mains. Here’s where adding a Fish Dish goes in. Our first choice is always Salmon or Barramundi. Alternatively, Barbecued Steaks. Use Salt and Pepper to Season the Steak so that it Perfectly Melds with the “Wine Magic Event.”
Desert. Chocolate. Packed with Dark Chocolate Richness. Next to the Dark Chocolate Pieces Themselves, it is a Merlot’s best Pairing. Additionally, a Chocolate plate is a Fantastic idea.
