Is College Worth It?

The answer to the question “Is College Worth It?” is yes. But the claim that going to college will improve your life is actually false.

More and more, college is proving to be a WASTE of TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY, resulting in enormous debts that affect people’s finances and some of which take generations to pay off.

This is a significant issue: While school tuition and grades are rising, success rates in the real world and outside of school are falling. Similar to the decline in unemployment that has occurred recently.

“Even though colleges do not really teach anything, they raise their fees every year. If you tried that in a private company, you might face fraud charges; if you did it at an American university, you would receive billions in taxpayer subsidies.” — Tucker Carlson Tonight

Once more, is college worth it? I mean, really?

Let us review the following points.

According to reports, throughout the first two years of their pricey institution, 45% of students “did not demonstrate any significant improvement in learning,” and over the course of their expensive four years, over 40% of students learned nothing at all.

He says it all in one sentence: “Many Students Never Really Studied, with 35 percent reporting less than 5 hours a week in study time.” This is absurd and indicative of a larger issue. Be sure to check out the future of education here.

You are hearing it, and it is not good, adding that 2.67 hours a day is all that is recorded. Twice that time is spent eating, shopping, and partying.

Yes, we should all be concerned. There is a consistent rise in adult illiteracy. But the majority of college graduates perform below average on cognitive tasks (such as figuring out how much groceries will cost).

Further information: US college graduates score on par with or lower than high school students in a number of other nations.

To add to this, academic rigor at top universities is slipping.

Then there is this: College courses become less rigorous, but average college GPAs are still above 3.0; grade inflation is most at private schools; more students fall behind, but no one fails.

Tucker continues, and he is not incorrect: “And with billions of tax payer dollars going to these institutions??? WHAT!” There would be fraud indictments if this were a private company.

Massive problems exist, therefore what is the solution?

There are methods to develop a workable solution that benefits the market and gives people access to career choices that are driven by the future.

And just wait till you see the prices—you can start for as little as $97.
